2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted or control was removed in error due to a mistaken or misidentified DMCA claim, you may file a counter-notification with us. This counter-notice must include:
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A description of the content that was removed and its previous location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence and that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA notice.

We may reinstate the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
CODERIAM reserves the right to terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers under applicable law or in cases of persistent abuse.
